Greek Dance Program at Annunciation Cathedral
The Annunciation Cathedral is proud to offer cultural programs that celebrate our Greek heritage—one of the most beloved being our Greek Dance Program. Through dance, song, and tradition, participants experience the richness of Greek culture while building friendships and community.
What Dancers Learn

Traditional dances from regions across Greece

Songs, customs, and traditions from selected villages

Teamwork, discipline, and pride in preserving heritage
Program Schedule

Season: Mid-August through March (typically ending with Greek Independence Day)

Practices: Once per week on Sundays after church (twice per week on a day TBD as FDF approaches)

Annunciation Cathedral Food Festival (3rd weekend of September)

Annunciation Cathedral or other parish events throughout the year

Greek Orthodox Folk Dance & Choral Festival (FDF) during President’s Weekend in February*
